The School of Public Administration in Albania considers Helvetas a strategic partner in offering training courses for the Top Management Corps of Civil Servants. Through a valuable collaboration, a comprehensive and tailored training program on “Advocacy, Message and Positioning” was developed. The training program introduced the concept of advocacy and equipped civil servants with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive positive change and foster sustainable development. Regular training sessions were conducted from 2019 to 2020, complemented by dedicated counseling sessions and focus groups to support concrete initiatives.
